Eighth Grade

Teacher - Leigh Ann Harker

Mrs. Leigh Ann Harker teaches our eighth graders Language, Literature, Pre- Algrbra, History, Science, and Bible.

The past three years have been wonderful here at FCA. I have enjoyed teaching Middle School and being a part of "extra carricular activities". When I am not teaching or (or grading papers!!!!) , I like to crochet, knit, read, or scrapbook. During the summer,anywhere with wateris where I want to be. I love to travel and try new things. Seeing students excited about learning and being successful in their schoolwork is my favorite part of teaching.

The love of learning is out main goal in the 8th grade! Each student is given the opportunity to reach high standards in Language, Math, History, Science, and Bible.They are also inviolved in Art, Drama, Music, and Physical Education. After school many 8th graders participate in our Sports program. At the end of the 8th grade each student will have the skills and knowledge necessary to make the smooth transition to high school
