Information for Kindergarten through 2nd grades

Mission

The mission of Faith Christian Academy is to create an environment for each student to develop his/her full potential in all areas of growth and development academically, spiritually, socially, and physically. Striving for academic excellence and social responsibility, the academy is dedicated to being an educational resource and advocate for families based on clear biblical principles.

Admissions Procedure

1. Complete the enrollment application and pay the non-refundable registration fee

2. MUST have the following documents with you at time of registration/interview: Valid Birth Certificate

Current Immunization Record (DHR Form #3231)

Current Eye, Ear, and Dental Form (DHR Form #3300) Copy of most recent ITBS scores and report card

3. Participate in two interviews with FCA administration

School Days and Hours

School is Monday through Thursday only. School begins at 8 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m.

There is a Friday option for an extra charge of $40 per month ($340 monthly total). Parents will sign up at Open House.

A BEKA Curriculum

Much attention is given to the curriculum at each level. The A BEKA program is the foundation of our educational process.

Extended Day

Before and after school care is available for FCA students provided by Faith Christian Academy (770-227-7383).

Registration Fee (K-12th) $100 per student

(non-refundable, non-transferable if student is accepted)

DUE UPON ENROLLMENT

Student Activity Fee (K-12th) $300 per student

(books, yearbook, admission to all home sports games, student ID, School polo shirt,

art fee, & lab fee)

DUE JULY 1, 2007 or UPON ENROLLMENT

Test Fee (1st- 8th grades) $25

DUE JANUARY 7, 2008

Tuition (per month) $300 (K-5th)

$325 (6-8th)

$350 (9-12th)

DUE ON THE 1st and LATE AFTER THE 5th OF THE MONTH

Special Needs Tuition $400 per month

DUE ON THE 1st and LATE AFTER THE 5th OF THE MONTH


DISCOUNTS:

Full year payment - $100 discount per account off the annual tuition amount

Multiple Child Discount -$10 off -each additional child per month

Field Trips

We will be going to Tybee Island, Kennedy Space Center, and Sea Camp during the 2007-2008 school year. See attached form about these field trips.
