Admissions Procedure 1. Complete the enrollment application and pay the non-refundable registration fee 2. MUST have the following documents with you at time of registration/interview: Valid Birth Certificate Current Immunization Record (DHR Form #3231) Current Eye, Ear, and Dental Form (DHR Form #3300) Copy of most recent ITBS scores and report card 3. Participate in two interviews with FCA administration School Days and Hours School is Monday through Thursday only. School begins at 8 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. There is a Friday option for an extra charge of $40 per month ($340 monthly total). Parents will sign up at Open House. A BEKA Curriculum Much attention is given to the curriculum at each level. The A BEKA program is the foundation of our educational process. Extended Day Before and after school care is available for FCA students provided by Faith Christian Academy (770-227-7383).
